Step-by-Step Removal Request Process
The entire removal process is handled through our automated system, which notifies the original reporting company of your request.
- Navigate to the Public Report Check Page
You must first locate the report filed against you. Please go to our public search page here: Public Report Check.
- Search for Your Information
Enter at least one of your personal identifiers into the search form. This can be your name, email address, IP address, or phone number. The system will then search our database for any matching reports.
- Locate the Report and Initiate the Request
If any reports match your information, they will be displayed on the results page. Each report card will have a "Request Removal" button. Click this button for the specific report you wish to contest.
- Complete the Removal Request Form
After clicking the button, a modal window will appear with a form. You must provide the following information:- Your Email Address: Provide a valid email where you can be contacted if necessary.
- Reason for Removal: This is the most important part of your request. Clearly and professionally explain why the report should be removed. Be as detailed as possible. For example, if you are being accused of a chargeback, provide evidence that the payment was fulfilled or the issue was resolved.
- Submit Your Request for Review
Once you submit the form, your request is automatically sent to the company that originally filed the report.

What Happens Next? The Review Process
It is important to understand how requests are handled to set the right expectations:
- Notification: The business that filed the report against you is immediately notified of your removal request and is provided with the reason you submitted.
- Review: The reporting business is responsible for reviewing your request. They will evaluate the reason and any evidence you provided against their own records.
- Decision: The final decision to approve or reject the removal request rests entirely with the company that filed the report. They can approve the request, which permanently deletes the report, or reject it.
